PANKAJ MALIK CEO
Pankaj Malik, who has an extensive background in a wide range of legal areas including real estate, immigration, corporate law and complex commercial litigation matters. The firm was founded on the belief that all clients are best served by lawyers who offer client-focused, responsive and innovative legal service.
She has represented individuals and businesses both nationally and internationally, as well as New York and has built a strong reputation for helping clients resolve their issues in manners that are as efficient and effective as possible.
Ms. Malik has served as a volunteer immigration attorney for Governor Pataki's Bureau of Citizenship and for Congressman Meeks' office. Ms. Malik has provided many hours of community service advising the public on immigration law for Governor Pataki's office, the New York Immigration Coalition, Asian Americans for Equality and the Caribbean-American Center of New York. Ms. Malik has served as an immigration consultant on WNPR with Maryanne McCune, Channel 7, Eyewitness News, New York 1 News and has been featured in the New York Law Journal for her volunteer work.

SIMONE KIRLEW
Brazilian Paralegal with over 7 years of professional experience with the past 5+ years as a Senior Paralegal for an immigration law firm specializing in Non Immigrant H-1B visas, L-1 visas, employment and family immigration- “green card”, wills, trusts and estate planning and elder law. She exclusively handle all facets of complex employment based immigrant visa matters for the firm including PERM, I-140 and I-485s. She has good knowledge of drafting RFE responses, Motion to reopen, etc. Prior to PERM, I-140 and I-485, Her area of expertise was in all nonimmigrant visa matters and family immigration matters. To summarize, she has overall experience dealing with different facets of immigration law.

Over 5 years of sales and marketing experience, Palavi Malik leads the sales as well as the marketing team for VIO. She has extensive knowledge in B2B sales and in charge of corporate events. In the field of US Immigration law, being familiar with business visas, work visas, employment-based/family-based immigration and citizenship.

MICHAEL VEAL
Michael provides business immigration services to Fortune 100, Fortune 500, and Global 500 companies, as well as other domestic and multinational corporations, middle market companies, small businesses, research institutions, academic institutions, and individuals across a wide range of industries, occupations, and countries of origin. He has gained hands-on experience with a variety of cases involving a number of substantive areas of immigration law including Immigration removal proceedings and Federal immigration litigation. While Veal's work is concentrated on business and corporate immigration matters, he maintains an interest in nearly all subfields of immigration law and policy. He supports a long overdue reform of the federal migration management system, maintains a consistent curiosity with the mechanics of immigration law and their foreign and domestic policy implications, and enjoys facilitating international adoptions.
