What does it cost?

VIO is very cost effective and can be tailored to fit your specific practice needs. Our fees are a fraction of what you would in turn charge your client. For the attorney new to the practice of immigration law, we would recommend the pay as you go approach.

For attorneys already engaged in the practice of immigration law, we would recommend our tiered annual membership options. The average small to mid-size attorney firms in, for example, New York, can work on 25-100 immigration matters per year. Average fees collected can range from $40,000.00 to $750,000.00 or more..

For these attorneys it would be more economical to purchase one of our annual membership plans which are as follows:

•25 Petitions (any category and including any supporting forms needed for the actual petition) for $395.00 per month for a twelve (12) month period.

•50 petitions (any category and including any supporting forms needed for the actual petition) for $695.00 per month for a twelve (12) month period.

Additionally, monthly members are eligible to receive a 25% discount on all hourly service rates.

**NOTE: All Employment based visas (immigrant and non-immigrant) carry a $25 charge for any additional documents.**

* Please review terms of usage for annual membership. Acceleration of more than 2 petitions per month will result in a corresponding acceleration of membership fees.
