Family Based
Family Based visas are available for the following individuals:
For USC's: A US Citizen can sponsor his or her parents, spouse, children and siblings. The only exceptions are for those who have obtained their citizenship through adoption. These individuals cannot sponsor their birth parents, but may be eligible to sponsor their siblings. If this applies to you, do not use this forum. Please proceed to the contact us section.
For LPR's: A Legal Permanent Resident may only sponsor his or her spouse and children. If an LPR's child is married, however, the LPR must obtain citizenship prior to sponsoring his or her child.
