Naturalization
Naturalization is the process by which a person becomes a citizen of the United States.
An N-400 is used for an individual seeking US Citizenship. In order to qualify for US citizenship through filing of an N-400, the individual must be a Legal Permanent Resident for at least 5 years prior to applying or if the person obtained their Legal Permanent Residence through marriage to a US Citizen, for 3 years prior to applying. If you qualify for this, please email us with a copy of your greencard.
An N-600 is used for recognition of US citizenship. This is typically used for children whose parents are US citizens.
